Rollout Process

Once the booking is approved and the assets have been provided, we require 5 business days to launch a Premium Campaign Listing.

Required Assets

  • 1. Renders/Photography: jpeg or png, we will size for placements
  • 2. Brochure: Full brochure to guide our writers, you may choose for a lite version for the value exchange
  • 3. Product specifications: We strongly encourage you to list floorplans and lot sizes on your listing.
  • 4. Configuration & from Pricing to be Listed:
    • Recommend 4-5 options with floorplans/sizing depending on the range available.
    • Option to include SQM on configuration & pricing listed

Reels and Stories Rollout

We’re piloting the addition of Reels/Stories to support the Apartments.com.au Premium Listing Campaigns.

  • Traditional social feed posts (static images and text updates) are being replaced by short form video feed time.
  • The average user spends nearly 1 hour per day watching short-form video content.
  • Short-form video is no longer just for younger audiences, well over half of Baby Boomers and most Gen X viewers now watch short-form videos, with average users spending around 80 minutes per day consuming this format.
  • Short video is capturing a growing share of total internet traffic, which is expected to reach 82% of all internet traffic by 2025, dominated by video formats.
Buyers are spending more time watching short-form video than ever, and the brands that show up there are the ones that get seen.

How it works

Creating Reels / Stories is simple:

  1. Populate the iBuildNew.com.au listing for reference.
  2. Our content team will write the script for feedback/approval.
  3. Provide any additional assets you wish to be included in the video.
  4. Once the script is approved we will create the video asset.
  5. One round of feedback for the video edit is included, additional resourcing is provided at an hourly rate.
  6. Video is approved to be added to the campaign activity.
